Footballer David Beckham features on the July 2012 cover of Elle UK, photographed by Doug Inglish. Until this issue, Elle UK had never featured a man on their cover in the magazine’s 26 year’s of publishing. So this is quite a big moment for the magazine, and an honour for David Beckham. And if that wasn’t enough, the editors at Elle have decided to treat readers with two covers. The first showing David emerging from a pool with nothing but dark skinny trousers on. The other a little less ‘exciting’ but still gorgeous.
